West Hill will conduct initial viewings of potential properties and submit a focussed shortlist to client for consideration. |

West Hill will consult with the client on which properties should be selected for accompanied on site visits |

West Hill will constantly monitor market conditions. |

Scheduled accompanied tour of new potential appearing on market and revisits of target properties. |

Synopsis and review of final selection. |

West Hill will commence negotiation to secure chosen property. As we negotiate large volumes of business on a daily basis we can influence estate agents and their clients ensuring most favourable terms for OUR clients. |

Instruct and ensure all legal and building procedures are adhered to (solicitors, survey.etc). |
| 10. |
Negotiate and agree exchange and completion dates. |
